Without being able to access the disk itself you're boned. Sorry.
What he said^ - or see if you can find any free games to download or play online, but you can't play the ones you have
There are lots of good free games, just search
Depends on how old the games are. If they are older PC games you can probably just download a "no disc" erm "fix" for them. Newer ones, then you can't.

If they're newer games though, then just buy a new disc drive for your PC. They're about a tenner brand new. Hardly expensive. If you can afford to buy games, you can afford to save a fiver a week for a fortnight.
Go on Freecycle (google it) and I'll be amazed if you cant get one locally for free pretty quick on there
It doesn't take long for 'enthusasts' ti find a way to remove the need for a disk too. But one runs the risk of going to potentially dodgy websites to get them.

I can understand wanting to get this to avoid DRM hassle you are annoyed at having to put up with, but If you can afford to buy a decent game, how come there's a problem getting a cheap external drive for the disk ?
If you have a disc image .. you can emulate the drive .. so .. yes .. if the image is loaded with emulator program. Obviously, you will need some sort of reader to copy the disc to start with. Then first of all try Alcohol 120%.

You've been given several answers mate. Technically, playing a retail PC games without the disc violates the end user license agreement, so you shouldn't do it. As has been said, you really need a new drive, they're cheap.

If you have the box the game came in, see if it's compatible with Steam. If it is, you can download Steam, register the game and then download the game itself to your PC and play it via Steam, no disc required and fully legit. People here are not going to spell out to you how to act on the shady side of the law. You've already been given hints, so if that's what you want to do, then use Google to find out more. All the info is there.

Asking for "better" answers in this instance is just lazy.
