I have a TV with freeview built in, in the bedroom, downstairs I have SKY, I am wanting to watch SKY upstairs, via a wireless tv transmitter and receiver, realising that the sky channel downstairs will be what is watched upstairs (i am ok with this!)

Question is, if I am using the wireless transmitter as an ariel too, for the freeview TV can I flick between both freeview but also sky at the same time - as in if my partner is watching something crap on sky, downstairs, will i still be able to watch what i want on freeview on my tv upstairs, or does the signal just output sky and i cannot watch freeview?

You can feed scart from a Sky box or Freeview box into a sender. You need an ANALOGUE TV to display the channel (like old analogue TV channel you tune in)
Picture will not be too hot tho .. and it rely's on analogue TV at 2nd location.

You really would be better connecting RF2 output on rear of sky box to a cable up to 2nd room. Switch on RF2 oulet in Sky box back menu. If you want to control from 2nd outlet, add a magic eye and a 2nd Sky remote programmed up for 2nd TV.
I have also sky on my digi tv in bedroom but can only watch what is on main tv in lounge.Easy to change to freeview tho to watch other channels.
