MY SAMSUNG S5620 is a pain. I can only use the phone for contacts. i contacted vodafone who said it was feature of the phone FDN fixed dialled numbers. I neded to de activate it.I WISH i knew how. Can anyone help

id take it to a Vodafone store the lads there will know how to do it
I've looked in the on-line manual, i cant see how to do it on there
