What does all this mean, is it worth bothering about?

If so what do the experts on AB suggest?

I am using firefox, I do I know which edition?

I think there is more to it than that AOG. We wait with baited breath.
Everyone should have the latest version of their preferred browser. And as they are free, why put up with an old version? I thought you had a recent version of Firefox AOG?

In the top bar, where it says Firefox, click on the drop down menu where it says About Firefox. If it is newer than 3.5 you are OK.

It looks to me as if this just means you need to be more astute in keeping your chosen browser up to date. This is easy:
(On the top toolbar) Help->Check For Updates (then follow the prompts).
in my case, I clicked on 'Help'; there's an About Firefox tab under that. (I've got Firefox 4.0.1, which seems to be the newest.)

I think there's an old IE7 still lurking on my computer, which I suppose I will have to update in case anyone else wants to use it.
Our MOD network still uses IE6...God help us!
