Setting up a telephone network at home

Any recommendations on how I can set up a telephone network which can receive 0800 calls, log calls, and play a recorded message which you can leave a message with your address details..who is cheap what would it involve.

hmm, possibly broadband voice, i believe you get an 0500 number (free like 0800) but wud have no idea as how youd go about setting this up, i know bt do this, and their tech guys are very experienced could maybe give them a ring? hope this helps
