Digital Photo Frame
22 Answers
Hi. I've got a digital photo frame which I plug into my computer with a USB to download photos on to it. Since I got Windows 7 it wont work. It is reading the connection as a CD drive rather than a USB so I can't download anything. It working to recharge the bettery though.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

I look in here more often that CB :)
First thing to try if you've not already done so is simply to plug it into a different USB port...
Next thing is to try starting the computer in safe mode and see if the frame works ok then... if it does it's something that is loading during the normal startip that's causing the problem (did you install any software for the frame?)
try the 2 things above and post back how it goes?

Thanks for your replies.
I have tried a different USB port. No luck.
The actual make is AURA.
I do get an option to reformat but I don't want to do that or I will lose everything thats on there.
I will try the SAFE mode, but I have never done it before. Is there anything I need to know before I do it?
