As Ant has provided a link for Web Mania, I'll just verify that they are the best. I'm into my fourth year with them and their service has been amazing. A huge amount of web space and a good bandwidth. CGI, PHP, MySQL etc., and the most helpful support that you could imagine. When I had problems configuring files, they did it for me. Unbelievable at that price, and they'll sort out you registration too. What more can I say?
