I have been given a simple MP3 player.

I have downloaded a number of tracks onto it's 4GB Micro SD card.

The problem is when I playback some of these tracks, and then switch the device off, I have to start from No1 track all over again when I switch it back on.

Is there anyway of overcoming this problem, because I am getting rather fed up of listening to the same tracks over and over again.

Sorry chaps no such luxuries I'm afraid.

Just a simple track forward, track backwards, plat, pause, volume up, volume down, and switch off.

Looks as if I will have to remember where I left off and then advance track by track till I come to where I left off.

Thanks for your answers all the same.
