MOBILE PHONE INTERNET / APPS

Would be in the market soon for an internet phone..
im confused as to what you get charged for as in ' downloads '
i know some apps are free and some you pay for but do you get charged once they are on your phone to browse them?
for example, if i were to download the ebay site would i be charged for the length of time i was on the site or to download it?
they make it all so simple and it probably is but any advice at this time or experiance is always valued...
many thanks

You get truly unlimited bandwidth for £10 a month. If you order a SIM through an associate link (like the one I used > http://giffgaff.com/orders/affiliate/rhort ) then the SIM comes with £5 of credit on it. You also get (truly) unlimited texts and 250 minutes, and it's not even a contract; just pay a tenner and get the next month on those terms. They have other deals too, up to something like 1500 minutes for £25 (I think). Give them a whirl and see what you think of them.
