Dell 6400 Labtop problem

I open up my dell now and again to clean the insides, the other day something happened, now the small board underneath where the power button and num lock, caps lock and scroll lock lights are is broken, 3 or 4 of the pins on that board have bent and snapped. Can you tell me what this board is called?
