Make is a linux command, not a windows command.
I' ve not tried using anything that need the make command on windows (II use linux so no need to) but you can try with cgywin which will give you a linux like environment in windows or nmake from ms..

I assume you mean srv as opposed to src?
SRV is a linux folder (and make is normally a linux command)... are you actually running linux? because if you are it's not called a command prompt, it would be called a terminal window.
If you are running linux then it would help to say which of the 100s of versions you are running, if you are running windows then more info is needed, what are you trying to do?

Read the docs for each to see how to use and try them, see which works for you.
