I hav just printed off a letter from my e-mail,trouble is there are some words that have been split in half and the letters a uro money sign followed by tm.it accures every 8th or 10th word.anyone any idear what is the trouble ? PS, BUENCHICO if you are reading this,many thanks for your help yesterday,it is now sorted,thanks to you.

Hi, Open your Mail program (Outlook Express ?), go to VIEW, ENCODING and change to UNICODE (UTF -8) and it will revert to standard English for printing.
