Formatting a CD

Hi, it's techno-duffer here again. Using Nero software, how do I format a CD? I need to copy disc operating software onto the CD. Ta Muchly.

Used Nero many times and have never had to format a CD however try this;-

Open Windows Explorer. Find your drive in the Computer section of the
treeview on the left. Right-click the drive where you have the blank CD.
Select Format from the context-sensitive menu.
