Yahoo mail upgrade

I've just received an email (from Yahoo apparently) advising me that Yahoo mail will be upgrading in about a month and that I will have to upgrade a few other things on my computer. Has anyone else who uses Yahoo as their mail server had this e.mail? And if so, is it above board. I have had stuff from somewhere purporting to be Yahoo and, on c hecking, it wasn't.

Just wanted to be absolutely sure before I start doing anything ...

Do any ABers know?

Yes it's official i have it now and it's a purple background. There isn't that much difference though if you have folders like me then they are hidden so it takes less room, plus you can hide the top parts of emails so u only see the email itself (you'll understand when you see it). Anyway if you don't do it manually yourself they automatically upgrade it for you about 1 month from the date of that email you got.

Oh i also meant to say that you don't need to upgrade anything else on your PC other than Yahoo E-mail. Don't do anything else.
