How on earth do you expect anyone to provide a useful answer when you've given precisely zero information?

errmm, thanks for that answer Rojash
now, what info do I need to give, I asked should I enable IMAP in my settings to make sure emails are delivered???
While there are some email services which don't support IMAP, I've never come across any that don't support POP3. So you should be able to access your mail using just POP3.

Which email client are you using?
Who is your email provider?

Sky provider and Sky email client Chris
I'm still confused!

To the best of my knowledge, Sky doesn't have its own email client. It offers web-based access (where POP3 and IMAP are completely irrelevant anyway) and it enables you to use POP3/IMAP access using Microsoft's email clients (Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail) or other email clients (such as Thunderbird).

This MIGHT be relevant but (as I'm still a bit confused) I can't guarantee that it will!
