Delete iPhone download

Hi I download podcasts direct from wi fi to iPhone it is quicker than access through a computer based library. However this question maybe obvious to others,how do I delete such podcasts after I've listened to them. Thanks to anyone who can help me spot the obvious. Regards. Quiggers

On your iPhone, open the iPod app, on the bottom menu go to More, then Podcasts. In your podcast list swipe left to right on the podcast you want to delete and the red Delete button will appear. Press to delete the podcast
