Yes, mine is very similar a lot of the time. At one point it told me to report a fault on the line; after an hour or so I had a call from them saying the line was OK and I should contact my service provider. That's you, I said. He laughed and said it was a different department.....
Anyway, I thought I'd solved it by moving the home hub further away from the computer, It was fine for several weeks, then started going off again. Moved it further away, and it got much better for a while before... you've guessed it! So when it starts happening now I just move the hub an inch or two, and that seems to work. But at some stage I'm going to run out of cable....
