Cheapskate......who me?
4 Answers
I know I'm using compatible inks and I know I'm also printing on a cheaper brand of paper which MIGHT be the reason that the ink appears to be "sitting" on the surface in certain areas rather than going into it Is there a way of changing the printer settings that would overcome this problem or at least improve the print-out??? Thanks!!

There are water-based inks .. and spirit based. Many aftermarket 'compatibles' can be either, and many have drying time problems. Try economy printing or try Inksaver .. http://www.amazon.co....Saver-2/dp/B0002KEYM8
