Backing Up My iTunes Library

Hi Folks

Hopefully you can help ...

My iTunes has the most up to date version installed.

I've tried to back up my library as I've added to it, however, the normal method of doing so, i.e. File > Library > Backup Library, no longer appears to be an option.

When I select File > Library, I have options to 'Consolidate Library' or 'Import' or 'Export' files and the library, no backup ...

Apple's site still describe the method above to backup however, as I say, that doesn't feature in the drop down ...

Can anyone help please ?
