Don't know the first thing about them but grandson would like one for Christmas. Can anyone on here advise me if this is a good one to buy or are there any alternatives out there.

Many thanks for your reply. i know its not a toy as he's gone to great lengths to explain it to me. He is really good at art and design and does quite a bit of work on the computer. He is hoping to study art etc at college.
