I have a virus called furrootkit on my pc.Does anyone know how this can be removed.I am running Windows 2000.Any help would be most appreciated.

If you know someone who has a PC running Windows XP, get them to copy msconfig.exe onto a floppy disk and copy it onto yours, it works on Windows 2000, use it to disable suspicious startup programs.
