Freeview re-tuning trouble

I re-tuned our freeview box the other day after messages kept telling us to do it.
However the BBC has completely disappeared..Any ideas why?

had another go and got all bbc back-tho a few others still kissing-i think

i had trouble when i first re tuned too WBA,
but i did a couple more re tunes, and the channels then returned
hope yours do too! :o)
