Premature EOF

Any advice what to do about this? I have been playing an online game for some years - I subscribe to it - and never had a problem.
Today when I tried to log in the game wouldn't load and I got the message 'Invalid File Format'.
I disabled all my security, reinstalled java, tried everything I could think of and still can't start my game.
I unistalled the game and tried to reinstall only to get a message - Failed to Install Premature EOF'.

Any solutions, please?

EOF probably stands for "End of File" so Premature EOF means it is trying to read a file and it "stops" before gettng to the end (maybe the end of file is missing).

Does this game create a folder or files on your hard disk, if so uninstall the game, then delete all the folders and files related to the game, REBOOT, then try again.
