Now I can't swear But does anyone know if you can get *#!$ing drivers so I can run a Cannon LBP - 660 Laser Beam Printer. Thank's for you help

Look for a windows 2000 driver... usually it will work.. i was a beta tester for Windows Whistler (aka XP) i got most of my hardware to work by either buying new hardware with windows 2000 drivers or NT drivers or by letting windows put its default drivers on. Find a Win2k or NT driver for this printer and select the driver, dont let it search for it cause it will look for a XP signature. Should work, however no garuentees that it will make ure machine stable!

Good luck, I had a look at http://www.canon.com.au just as a matter of interest. If you click on drivers and then fill in the boxes you will get to the various drivers for your printer, but it has a little note stating that there the printer is not compatiable under XP but you might get limited functionality using the Win2000 driver. This note was posted on the site on October 3, 2001. I suppose other canon websites around the world would have the same info.
