I'm trying to connect my MP3 player to my PC to copy some music onto it, I've had it a while and up until now it's been OK. But now when I try to upload the songs from the MP3 player onto the PC, the PC can't see the songs and it says that "player is either not connected or busy try again later" I've uninstalled and installed the software dozens of times but without any luck. Can anyone help me please???

I have the jukebox 3 the upgraded version of your one and I had the same problems. Have you tried updating the drivers and the media software. I think this is how I solved my problems but it took my quite a while to sort out.

Thanks for that Becci_0927 1 week later and it seems to be OK now, but you saying that you've had the same problem makes me think that at least it's not my machine that's at fault. I'll go on the NOMAD site and see if I can update the drivers and the software though. Thanks again!
