Multiple calenders

Hello

I have 4 staff, and we all need to have separate diaries, but we need to also see each others to book people in to see them. Whats the best way to do this?

Could you get one of those calendars with five spaces for each day that I get for my daughter, so she,partner and the three children have a masterplan?

If you are talking electronic diaries, we all have them at work - and we can give each other permission to have access to them all, so we can book appointments for each other. There should be somewhere in your diary where you can give permission - I take you are all linked on a local area network so the computers all go back to the same server?

Google apps allows sharing of calendars. We use it and like it.
