Brand new for £300, full HD - do you think thats a bargain?

Don't recognise the brand but if I were you I would google for reviews. Name brand TV's can occasionally be picked up for similar prices - check online.

Bargain? I doubt it there is cheap baragin and cheap crap. This is likely to fall into the second category.
With TVs if you want lasting quality stick to the leading brands Panasonic, Sony etc and shop araound for them.
Richer Sounds is a very good place to start especially for a discontinued model which is likely to be a lot better than the one you mention..

Actually it is quite well regarded as a brand on AB.... search Luxor.

It's a well-known brand in mainland Europe - but I'd stay with my Panasonic, thank you.

Well... I gave in and bought it. Have to say, it's a very good looking telly & a fab picture with lots of features. Lets hope it stands the test of time!
