I have a company trying to ring me and when I answer is says "if you are ** ***please press 1 on your keyboard" This phone call is quite important to me and I need to answer it but when I am answering a call I have no keyboard visible ! Is there anyway round this ?

What happens if you don't do anything, won't it revert to a person? I don't know your phone but can't you activate the keyboard by pressing something?

The other option is for them to ring you on a landline....

Thanx boxtops but it just cuts off, I cannot ring them as the office is closed on Sundays !!! My kitchen is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and I am afraid there might be a hold up !

i have no keypad on my phone, but during a call there is an icon that says 'dialler'. have you tried touching the screen? An icon may pop up. Or your menu button?
