Sometimes, on websites, you have to enter your postcode, and then select your address from a drop-down menu. What can you do if your address simply isn't there, and there is nowhere to type an address?

This enquiry is on behalf of my parents, for two reasons. Mum has tried to go on the Tesco website and register her club card number, but they don't allow you to type your address in. You have to put the postcode, then select the address from the list. Hers isn't there. Also, some of their mail has been going to a grumpy bloke over the road, whose address is similar, and we suspect that other people are getting this list and choosing his address instead of theirs, because it is similar.

If anyone out there has any ideas how we can get my parents address added to the drop-down list, I would be very grateful.

The same thing happens to me. I went on to post office website and emailed them and was assured it would be on database but still not under the drop down list really annoying at times. So would appreciate any help too. It was a new house we built but 25 YEARS ago. Hope someone can help us.
