e mail not working

Help my email does not seem to be working. The page even looks different I composed am e mail and when i clicked send it loaded for ages but then did not actually go what have i done please ?? I have tried system restore but it is till the same help !!!

You haven't said what OS or what your email client is eg. Live Mail etc. Until you tell us we wont be able to help you
