tv on the pc

i have just purchased a hauppauge wintv-nova-t-usb2 external unit which is a combined tv card and digital tv box--i have set it up and installed all the software and it is working fine--as far as it goes--when first started up it asks for country (i'm in uk) and then u get it to auto scan for channels--it should find the usual terrestial channels plus the normal freeview channels like a tv set top digi box--for some reason although it has found more or less what my digi box has on my tv it does not seem to list bbc3 and bbc4 which i get on my digi tv box--anyone know anything about this--can't seem to find any info on possible manual tuning either--thanks to anybody

try checking for an update of the software and see if there r any manual tunning options. u could the manually go through the channels and possibly target the specific frequenzys.

Had a similar problem and found it was the aerial which was slightly out of direction. Only had to move it about half an inch to do the trick.
