Virgin box...Ld20 error

Hi anyone know what this means? I reported this to Virgin last night as my tv services have gone and they said they would fix it remotely but when I rang them again just now they said they will have to send an engineer....in 3/4 days time!!!!!!

Any ideas that I can try aside from the usual turning it off and on from the mains.

Have you tried removing the plastic card and replacing it?
Have you tried your connections, divegirl....make sure they are all connected right....could be a simple cable has become loose or come out from its connector.

I would also ask VM to compensate you with the days that you are without the service as they usually give you a credit towards your next bill, but you have to ask and demand it as they wont volunteer it. If engineer comes to visit ask if you have the latest equipment as they will upgrade if you dont for no cost to you.
