My Free Internet norton security that was on my new computer windows 7 is due to run out in 6 days. I bought the half price special offer of norton along with pc.Can I load the disc in now or wait till the 6th day.

Norton is said to be better than it was; but for future reference, there are good security programmes available free - next year, ask on AB what the current best ones are.

How long does the new one last? If it's a fixed period then you might as well wait a few days

Thanks for replies. New one is for 1 year.Also Norton . Will wait till the last day. I did not see the remark that was taken off but there is always someone ready to put their ore in with a stupid remark. Best to ignore it . They will go away. I know there are free ones out there but if you want covered with everything best to have proper security. It is like car road cover if you don't pay the full cover you won't get full assistance.
