Why is it called Strictly?

(I know there used to be a programme called Come Dancing)

there was a show a few years ago called Strictly Dance Fever hosted by Graham Norton which was open to all applicants. Come Dancing ran for decades but they wanted to update it. guess it's working!

oh I've bought Trisha Yearwoods cookery book (she is the present Mrs Garth Brooks) and it is amazing, first cookery book I have bought since 1977.

I wouldhave thought you would detest the current Mrs. G. Brooks.
The name 'Come Dancing' is copyright, and owned by Julia Morley, widow of Robert D (?) Morley who conceived the original show, so they are unable to use it for the modern version.
