Hi Could anyone please tell me how to make the picture fit the screen (samsung 51" 3d) when I put harry potter 3d film in it just stays at 16.9 and will not adjust through the tv screen adjustment. It is a sharp blue-ray 3d. Many thanks if you can help. Treetops

Have you got 'Smart Picture' Facility in your choice of Screen Sizes, if so try that

Is it connected by HDMI?
Check format setting in the player video output setup.
HDMI should self-switch on TV.
Scart or component .. need to check options on TV on that input.
It should be letterboxed in 2.35:1 or less.
