Panasonic STB frozen
3 Answers
I have TU CT30 which has frozen on a channel when I turn it on. The remote becomes ineffective and won't even turn it off. I've tried disconnecting the live lead but has no effect.
Any ideas please.

Panasonic suggest disconnecting everything for an hour, powering back up again, waiting 2 minutes and then taking the box off standby:

If that doesn't work, you could ask Panasonic if they've come up with any other ideas since that thread was posted

but, with a new box costing only £15 to £20, it might be simplest to replace your old one.

Been trying to get some Customer Support which as usual from Panachronic is non existent. Left my number for a phone back a couple of days ago, no return call. Went onto Web site and phoned number which put me through to a voice that said I should try the Web site and that they couldn't answer my call, then line went dead. Tried downloading the Instruction manual to see if anything relating to my problem, but it was in German. Wish they'd get a grip.
