Every email received since yesterday has an empty attachment showing.

Hiya, Every email I have received since yesterday afternoon regardless of the sender is displaying the paperclip attachment symbol. Should I be concerned about this? I have failed to delete the symbols. I am quite capable of hitting the wrong button! Full AVG computer scan run this morning which found nothing. Thankyou very much for your help. Mick

I don,t have AVG anymore but at one time AVG email virus checker was known to do this..as you say you have AVG, then can you still turn off "e-mail certification"...........
