As I am almost deaf is it possible to apply for a Talk Talk MAC code by using the postal service? I am aware this can be obtained by E-mail but I am having difficulties with this service at present.I would be most grateful if anyone could give me their address to send it to if this is possible. Many thanks.

Though I'd stick with Email, keep in mind it is in the middle of a holiday so they'll probably be running on skeleton staffing levels right now.

I'm not.
I would think so...presuming you have the provider's address..
You could register on their forum here :

Post in the 'Customer Service and Billing' section, explaining why you can't get a MAC via the usual phone support method & Emma should be able to sort one out for you.

Although not a real-time resource they deal with most requests within a couple of working days.
Talktalk support are actually a member here.

So if they see this post they might even respond on here.
I'm a (customer, unpaid) Mod on the talktalk forum - I'll see if I can find out who the mysterious AB member actually is :)

Many thanks to you all for your interesting answers.,Iwill give them a try.
As a matter of interest I have just found a template letter regarding this query on the OFCOM site, so I assume posting would be acceptable.
