Help, I need somebody's help.

Have just tried to watch a programme on bbc iplayer but it kept stopping and starting so I read that you can download iplayer on to your computer and can watch programmes offline but I can't find the link I need to do this.
Any help appreciated.

I still can't find a link to click onto.
The only thing that comes up is an upgrade and when I click on that it says error.

Thanks tamborine but that just takes me to iplayer whereas I would like to download it onto my computer so I'm looking for a download button but can't see one.

missprim - are you sure the link I posted ^^^ doesn't show you an option to install 'iPlayer Desktop' (for Windows) - or some such wording?

I'd be interested to know how you got on, missprim, as I italled the IPlayer download yesterday for the same reasons as you, and it hadn't downloaded the programme I wanted an hour and a half later!

Will have another look lie-in-king but I've had this page up several times and can't see what to click onto.Could you have another look and tell me where the install button is please?

Dont think there's a download button; iplayer is watched online.

Tamborine it says you can download iplayer to your computer so you can watch offline.

it's on the left just under the white type (..."you can download your favourite shows") - a black bar with more white writing on it ("Install BBC iPlayer desktop").

- if you can't see it maybe you could try calling it up on a different browser? (Firefox/IE/Chrome)

maybe it thinks you already have iPlayer installed somewhere - have you?

Have tried in Chrome and it's the same.
Am wondering if I already have it on my computer but have no idea where it would be.

Will have a look in my documents to see if it's there.
