The menu bar on Internet Explorer has disappeared, can anyone please tell me how to get it back?

press alt, then view > toolbars and select menu bar.

Thanks Chuck, I pressed alt, but could not see 'view >toolbars' but by just clicking my mouse the toolbar appeared, I then went into view and ticked menu bar, that did the trick.

I have been using Internet Explorer because from time to time these last couple of days Firefox 9.0.1 keeps crashing for some reason.
