Should I get Xperia Ray or Neo?

I'm thinking of getting a smartphone and will probably stick with SonyEricsson as I've found my last two phones to be good. I don't know whether to get a Neo or a Ray. To be honest I haven't actually physically held either of them yet just looked at them on the internet a couple of times so maybe when I do I will know which one I want. But does anyone have a thought on which would be the best one? Also does anyone know any good review sites?

My friend had one of those and didn't like it so she changed it for the other. Don't know which was which though. That wasn't very helpful was it? Lol!

I have the Xperia Arc and I love it. I've used a few iPhones and I actually prefer the Arc. Go into a phone shop and ask to see their models. They will be able to tell you what's best for you as well :-)
