Looking to up grade my home computer,i am confused with the hype as to buy a customed built computer or buy branded which is best value for money. Need advice or suggestion what to buy looking for a good multi media computer and play games.

Nromally I'd assume a self build would be best value, but that said often it is a case of gettuing a better spec for the price than saving a lot on the cost.

The last PC I built was taking advice from this site, although they've not bothered to update their adviise for some months now.
