2nd Go tonight....Problems with Saving Pictures from the Web and even the Apotheosis from Ed

2nd go here to see if any f you know....

My platform: IE9, Microsoft on Asus PC.

Every time recently that I go to save a picture from the web or just now trying a saving as target for the Apotheosis for sending onto my Kindle, I get a warning message with an exclamation mark on a yellow background, the message saying (name of the file) and "No More Files"

What is causing this and your suggested recovery?

DT, I can't help, I have saved the .pdf apotheosis using "Save as" and saved to a folder on the PC - perhaps it's the Kindle version which won't go. I'm on IE9 too.
