When i start a new e-mail using Outlook, names are suggested in the address line from names I have used before but are not in my Address book How do i clear the names from these drop down suggestions that I no longer require?

Hopefully someone has an answer because I also would like to know how to remove unwanted e/mail addresses from 'drop-downs' in Windows Mail which I use with Firefox as my default browser.

Press the down arrow until the address you want to remove is highlighted, press delete.
