Screen turned sideways!

Idropped something into my keyboard and I took off a key to remove it and somehow I've managed to turn the screen sideways - how do I return it to normal? thanks very much for any help.

I had this problem and someone on here told me to fix it by going into control panel and settings (or something very similar).

Press the Alt Gr key with the left curor, right cursor, or up/down cursor keys (at the same time). Should sort out. Simples
