PayPal subscription query
6 Answers
I hope this is in the correct section.
We made a payment a few months ago and I've just noticed 4 months later that the payment is being taken every month from my Paypal account.
I've read the initial email from them (which I obviously should have done in the first instance) and it says they will take the amount monthly until we cancel it - I just thought it was a one off payment.
The instructions to cancel it say that all subscription details are in the history tab under my account overview and it says the same in the PayPal help section but the option is not there.
Does anyone know how I can cancel it?
Thanks x
