again have no idea what this is, have downloaded free kaspersky internet security 2012, a a barclays customer it's free, fine so far, but following the links it says 30 day trial and not the 1 year was expecting, expect i have made a horlicks of something but not sure what.

Did you access it via the Barclays on-line banking site. That's where I got mine from and it was the full 12-month version.
