I have just discovered how to enlarge text on web pages and I am VERY excited about it. You hold down "Ctrl" and scroll the scroll wheel on your mouse (if you have one).WOW. I would be interested to know if this is just an aol thing or not.

If you also click on VIEW at the top of the screen and then on TEXT SIZE you can change it there too.

This has been a standard feature for as long as I can remember, works in IE, Netscape, Opera and Firefox.

Thanks for pointing it out though, there are probbably many others not aware they can shrink or enlarge the text in most websites using this method, does not work in some though

lol, ok, oops, how do i get it back to the origional, will it re-set when i re open firefox?
oh, ok, ctrl and O, i found ut all by my self, im proud! lol
I had never noticed that the wheel did that before. Very exciting indeed.

Thanks QmunkE- glad someone else is excited!!

You just scroll the opposite way to go back, and the page will automatically remember what size you left it at.

Scarlett - When i first read your post, i thought to myself 'oh dear, how could anyone become excited over something so trivial'. Then I tried it and I can't stop laughing. How fun!
I doesn't work on yahoo, you have to change it using options.
