If I buy 12 Kodak disposable cameras and the film was dated 2/05, would it still be good and take good pictures?  It is for my wedding so it is important...thanks.  Please let me know ASAP as I am going to need to buy these soon.

The date is a "best Before" date it doesn't suddenly stop working, at worst there may be slight deterioration in the film but I doubt it as the date's err on the side of caution anyway. If it's so important I don't think I'd trust disposable cameras anyway.

I agree that there is very little risk of major degredation in such a short space of time but storage conditions may also have affected the films. It might be a good idea to buy one and try it out to see the state of the shots. If you do go ahead with the purchase, storing the cameras in the fridge will prolong the life of the film and help prevent any further fall off of quality.
