Can anybody help me before i pull my hair out please?
I keep getting threat messages come up. They are all different errors. Such as: c:\windows\system32\se2Bbus.dll or c:\windows\system32\cx88ENC.dll.
When i tell my AVG to solve the problem it says objects do not exist or is inaccessible.
I have run a full computer scan and it comes back clear. These messages just keep popping up and i don't know how to get rid of them. One message said it is a trojan backdoor, i have looked online on how to remove it but no instructions are clear.Does anyone know of how i can remove these error messages please?
Download" Malwarebytes" and run the programme, this hopefully will catch the Trojans. Good luck. it is a free software and many people use it, comes recommended.
What sort of threat message, what does it say ? Is it AVG that is creating them ?
Might be worth getting a second opinion from a Web virus scan. There are a few around, I've used http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ in the past, but you do have to allow it to install first.
When you search for them can you see them ? If not it is possible that you have a problem with AVG, or that AVG has a duff datafile. You could try reinstalling AVG.
I take it neither Malwarebytes nor Housecall flagged a problem ?
I have tried all the solutions that everyone has suggested and still i am getting threst detected from avg resident shield alert.
File name: c:\windows\system32\vzcdbsvc.dll
Threat name: Trojan horse crypt.AQLW.
HELP PLEASE!!
How about you change antivirus programmes, I have been running the free edition of "Avast " for a very long time now and never had any problems, worth a try, I would delete AVG ( which was the anti virus I use to run before Avast, and found it slowed down my machine) download Avast, then for peace of mine run Malwarebytes and see what they bring up , hopefully nothing with a bit of luck.
